In recent years, LBH has taken around £5m per year through the issuing of PCNs, and around £2m (40%) has come from Chiswick. In 2009, PCNs were issued in Chiswick High Rd, collecting revenue of about £1m. For 2010, this figure is down to £350,000, as people have become more aware of the cameras. So LBH is now down £650k in PCNs issued in Chiswick High Rd, so is probably around 32% down on Chiswick overall as a result of this. You'd think they'd be pleased that people are now seemingly parking more safely, but I'm not sure they're happy about this at all. |
