"Did anyone raise the Harvard Road option with Sam Hearn, and if so, what did he say about it ?" I did. He expressed that it wasn't something they had been factored into the consultation. A quick summary of over all thoughts there was that we should suggest that a decision on CPZ south of the A4 cannot be made, and should be delayed. For the council to make an informed decision they must review both the north and south of the A4 together. Councillor Hearn agreed, without expressing an opinion, that this could be a credible argument that the councillor's may listen too. At least with regards to delaying the situation until they can gather a more holistic set of data. Mark |
