| There is one simple fact that the strength of feeling was opposedto all CPZ's. The fact that the people who so adamantly want a CPZ could not turn out to support the proposal says a lot. Re the 'mob rule' I think that this has now become a idea that the panel supports and that they want to make it work. The final point made at the back of the meeting says it all. Please remember that this is not a done deal - we do not hav to accept it. |
