"make Elmwood Rd a one way street - no more nose to nose car confrontations - and I think you've got it sorted.  NO NEED FOR A CPZ IN GROVE PARK."

True and I would not argue against this if it helps stop the CPZ. However, it would remove some daytime entertainment when I am working at home.... :-)
