Wrong again, please go back to the source data. As a % of respondents in Chesterfield Road, 67% (14 out of 21 replies) said they wanted a CPZ. You cannot deduce the level of 'no's' because, as you rightly say, Q3 asked for only those expressing a problem to vote in favour or against a CPZ. This also means however that there might be some (not many I suspect) who actually did not have a problem but who would be in favour of a CPZ. And so, 67% is an indisputable minimum. Of course, the figures this time round might change, that is down to the residents. |
