Caroline, not sure how you can say that the Eastern cluster had a 'fairly low response rate' and then to suggest 'perhaps because they didn't feel that they had a problem'. The facts say that these roads had an overall response rate of 57%, compared to an overall response rate of 43% in the consultation area as a whole. I agree however with you that a review should also be made of Harvard Road: in the event that some or all of the Eastern cluster obtains a CPZ, freeing up Harvard Road could help mitigate against the risk of displacement further into Grove Park roads who do not want a CPZ. |
