| and we don't need a CPZ or Parking Attendants roaming the streets at great expense to the taxpayers to prevent it. London still has the Metroplitan Police and the Metropolitan Police is the appropriate agency to enforce parking restrictions outside CPZ's. Let's avoid burdening ourselves with more rules and regulations and more busybodies making our lives a misery. Grove Park and Strand on the Green is a happy place for those of us who value life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. |
