| Dear Michael, First of all thank you for coming and thanks also to Paul Lewis for Chairing the meeting so well. With regards to your reference to me that was not the point I made, I was purely stating the procedure as to how a decision is reached. The decision is made by the Councillors and that the consultation is not a vote with an outcome producing a direct result. Furthermore, the point I was trying to make was more to the opposite of how you have represented my view. My apologies if I was not fully clear. PS The meeting was very useful and it was good to hear the views and was certainly very informative. As I mentioned in the meeting no decision has been made and neither can it be until the consultation has been concluded assessed and brought back to the Chiswick Area Committee for consideration.
