| Stella, we know it’s all about money. Your “hello, hello… it’s all about revenue” comment really made me laugh the other day! But that knowledge in itself, without application, is of little use. The questions have to be asked in order to dismantle the argument being put forward to introduce a CPZ. And that argument has been dismantled; and it was very easy to dismantle because it was based on a false premise. These people now look stupid and they deserve to look stupid. Colin, in respect of Elmwood Rd, there is very little shown in the way of passing spaces; but perhaps these have been ‘forgotten about’ until such time a scheme is, perhaps, introduced. I don’t trust ANYONE associated with these proposals. |
