"I took a drive to Harvard Rd this morning at about 10.45am. Here’s what I saw:" This is quite interesting. I wonder if we could identify "over spill" areas on the north of the A4. I refer to an "over spill" area as one that provides parking where there is no front door entrance - such as many areas on Gordon Road, the end either end of Elmwood Road. If some photo's with dates/times can be taken over several days showing that residents will still have copious parking, even if some area is taken back for "free" parking. That would be a great way to lessen the burdon on the south of the A4. We can then present that with rest of our information. Maybe some estimate can be given that for every 3 "free" spaces reclaimed north of the A4 will mean an extra space on Elmwood Road. I will record your photo's. Please email me directly photo's fro norht of A4 as and when you take them. Make sure it includes the "spill over" spaces and their surroundings, so we can be sure they aren't needed.
