| Mark Given the fact that the council have put forward a questionnaire (that has come under some criticism) is it worth drafting a questionnaire that raises the issues in a more accurate, fairer basis taking onboard issues raised by both sides that can offer a more balance set of data upon which to progress the matter. Given the nature of the questionnaire presented I think ALL can accept that there is an underlying agenda.
