| There’s no evidence of the council having put any effort into the solving of parking problems whatsoever – just effort put in to implement the most useless CPZ imaginable. And they want people to pay for it too, whilst Grove Park is ruined. The councillors must know that the game is up. Come on, tell us that the scheme has got nothing to do with parking, or put a bit of effort in, like we are, and show us something sensible..! |
