| May I suggest that a single document/report is drafted, compiling all the useful points and skipping the general dialogue. This can be posted to a website where support can be shown. Copies at local venues for petitions. Then the document/report along with the details of support be presented to each of the councillors. Maybe photo'd for W4. The issue is commitment of time. Rather than all posting on here I would invite any volunteers to throw their name in the ring. Target meet monday evening to start compose, time is against us. Volunteers: R.
