A car was clamped outside The Station House last week - the unclamping van arrived with the car owner - apparently he'd been clamped for unpaid outstanding parking fines.   The clampers also said they were clamping anyone uninsured or without a current tax disc - I'm in agreement for those offenses.
However, NO  NO  NO  TO  A  CPZ IN GROVE PARK.
