| so 9 Councillors decide most of whom have pre formed bias and only three of which care politically speaking as no one on this new CPZ area can try and vote them out at the next election. Do we need lessons in how to set up a democracy from some third world country? I would hope that the councillors who are ''off This CPZ patch'' would abstain? |
