| Dear Councillor Oulds, Thank you for your comments and explanations. As a matter of interest, how much was the S106 monies, how much do you think the CPZ "Consultation" has cost, and why did your team not know that it would meet with overwhelming opposition, as it did at the last attempt, and as you should have known by being in touch with your voting Public. I think that this shows at very least how out of touch our councillors are, you really need to stop operating in a bubble. Or is there something else going on, I have to say that this staged lack of transparency on all matters can only deliver a lack of trust, which is not good for our communities or our councillors.
