| Visit the LBH website - Committees - Chiswick Area Committee Meetings - select year 2009 - select Monitoring Meetings and up comes a list of those meetings which if opened gives the agenda, Minutes etc etc - very interesting, start with CAC(Monitoring) Meeting 16 March 2009, and do click onto the option to "view the full Minutes for Item 23". The CAC (Planning) Meetings for that year are also interesting. Incidentally, the Public Meeting held in SotG School was only called because a member of the public (me as it happens)spoke out of order at one of these meetings and asked for one. Initially, cllrs were not at all keen (no funds they said) until Cllr Mcgregor said there was enough money in the coffers to finance it. And so it came to pass ...... but was not publicised by the Council as we all remember. They took that on board and this last meeting was publicised but with the same result, an overwhelming NO to a CPZ! |
