Michael, I think you are missing Mark's point that the change introduces a new risk which he, and presumably you, now have to take account of. As for there being only ten households on Rivercourt Road, it would be interesting to see where you got that figure from. Data from neighbourhood information sites, presumably sourced from ONS, suggests there are around 280 people living on the road, although some of them will be on the section south of the A4. Although, as you rightly say there are other places to drop off, the Rivercourt Road restriction gives a Hammersmith and Fulham resident with children at Latymer Prep an exclusive and proximate drop off point which many seem to be taking advantage off. Maybe you are passing by too early to observe this happening. |
