| It is clearly an obvious and major omission from the map issued for the plan. I wouldn't have been the only one looking at it to assume that there was two way access as there is an arrow pointing towards the A4. Probably more a case of cock up rather than conspiracy though. I haven't seen any evidence that residents were told they would have access to the A4. It does raise the prospect of someone turning off the A4, realising there is an access restriction, then turning back onto the A4 and ending up being fined twice. |
