| Jeremy, is there anything stopping you from going back and actually counting vehicles over an hour? Any hour between 8am and 10am will cover the busiest time during weekdays. You can get free counter apps for phones or use a tried and tested method like tallying counts on paper. I appreciate that getting actual data is more work than speculating on an internet forum but your speculation is a good example why councils do traffic surveys rather than rely upon unquantified guesses. |
