Some tweaking with the traffic lights at the CHR junction may help reduce this congestion.
And before anyone comments on the screenshot, it is simply to show the issue rather than being a one mile journey.

| As predicted it has increased the traffic travelling north on Chiswick Lane. This is hardly surprising given LBH&F’s suggestion to use it as an alternative to Rivercourt Road, it now routinely tails well back past Homefield Rec especially during peak times. This was very rarely the case before. Some tweaking with the traffic lights at the CHR junction may help reduce this congestion.
