| It's possible that the increased traffic is entirely or predominantly due to traffic no longer being able to use Rivercourt Road, but it's also possible it could be something else. Traffic counts data if it exists might be able to give a degree of likelihood of your assertion being correct, but as it is oft said, correlation does not imply causation. |
