My point is that traffic surveys will determine the impact of the measures. A fraction of a second glance along the street when passing doesn't say anything about the numbers using the junction every hour, every day, every week. There are 8 streets vehicles can turn into across the cycle lane between the town hall site on King Street and Goldhawk Rd, plus Latymer school, the Tesco car park. The numbers using Rivercourt will be amongst the lowest. They could reduce it further by removing parking spaces. They certainly don't need many spaces for the low number of households on the street. |
