| Jeremy, have a look at this report from the Hammersmith Society which makes reference to the South Fulham scheme. It blames the closure of a DIY merchant on the restrictions although, in theory their customers could have arranged for exemption to visit. The 'business' that probably loses out most directly from the scheme is Latymer as it will be harder for some parents to pick up and drop off. They have made objections and say they were never consulted.
