| Francis, the DfT tell people to have reservations about using their estimates as a source! Have you not read the disclaimers on their website? Clearly not because they ask people using the estimates to be clear about the lack of confidence there is in the estimates. Did you simply not read the disclaimers or you did, and you were deliberately trying to mislead? This isn't just a case of there being an estimated year between two years with actual data, it is 5 years of estimates in a row with the last actual data being from 2018. |
