| I can't give you precise numbers Michael but H&F Council said that nearly 80% of people using the road were 'out of borough commuters'. Given that some residents who may be theoretically exempt may not have resident permits will be avoiding the road, you would have expected a fall in usage of around 90% Such a fall would be immediately apparent but based on my, admittedly limited observations, this simply hasn't happened. |
