| Leaving roads open but not open like this and having exemptions, permits, cameras, penalty notices, and complicated signs, with the confusion they all cause, is bound to create suspicion that there's some ulterior motive on the part of the Council. If they want to 'close the road' for whatever perceived advantage, then simply close it with a fence/wall/hedge/barrier as in the old pre-digital era. |
