| If there have been more accidents at the ends of Weltje and Rivercourt since the two-way cycle lanes were put in, I’d have thought the simplest answer would be to remove them rather than to add more speculative ‘mitigations’ and road closures. It seems clear that a two-way cycle lane along an urban road with many side junctions is impractical and introduces more complexities and dangers than it removes. |
