| The latest figures show vehicle traffic is down on the A4, King St, South Parade and over Chiswick Bridge, as well as the High Road at both TGT and Goldhawk Road. It’s interesting that while any increase in cycling numbers on C9 is dismissed as irrelevant, any small potential redistribution of equivalent traffic numbers is considered as critical for a road system at a tipping point. If that were the case, anything that promotes a shift from driving to cycling would actually have a disproportionate benefit. |
