| Michael, what is your point? I asked you a simple question from an IT perspective, not whether the two boroughs are different. They may well have different IT systems, but then for a specific application they could potenially piggy back on the H&F deal or use that as a template. It doesnt need to integrated into other systems that LBH use. I supect LBH has a mass of legacy and diverse systems from different vendors that dont communicate with each other, nor they need to. Who is an entiteld moaner? You post comments all the time on here asking for what you want, so I assume you are talking about yourself. You and Campbell are cut from the same cloth. For reference I dont have favourite rat runs and rarely use a car. But I do know that some of the scheme you support displace traffic, conveniently not onto streets where you and Paul live. Despite you and Paul trying to call out all the massive and frankly irrelevant differences between LBH and H&F, the fact remains H&F are doing this on a large scale and LBH COULD do it on a small scale. We dont know the costs but we know there are lots of fines to fund it. I doubt it will happen but it is possible. LBH have already incurred some considerable expense in installing cameras, registering white list vehicle owners etc Its fascinating how you and Paul jump in here to try and shut down any discussion that doesnt follow your agenda with a range of insults and irrelevant commentary. |
