| Tom, when you say 'Peak traffic is down on the High Road', which bit are you referring to? It couldnt possibly be the central stretch of CHR where the bus gates, closure of Fishers Lane and shorter green phases at other junctions actively hold back traffic? Combined with the various pinch points that mean traffic actively avoids the area? So of course traffic is down. Do you want to then tell us that pollution is down? Again of course it is. |
