| Why should LBH copy LBHF? LBH has a population of 290,000 and is in outer London. LBHF has a population of 185,000 and is in inner London. 67% of LBH households own a car. 43% of LBHF households own a car. Traffic flows and volumes will differ as well. I know that you want lots of people to go to great effort so that you get your favourite rat runs back but they really have no obligation whatsoever to do so and it is up to each Borough to implement the schemes they believe will be most effective in achieving their goals for net zero, clean air, safer streets and active travel. |
