| I have a friend who lives in the vicinity of Ravenscourt Gardens and she would be very keen on an access restriction there as this has become a major problem since the queues started to lengthen going back from the Goldhawk Road junction. It isn't so much the volume of cars but that that the road is narrow and quickly becomes blocked particularly by vans which meet coming in opposite directions. However, bear in mind that with SatNav capable of recalibrating when access is reduced you may end up playing a game of wack-a-mole. Prebend Gardens has already seen a increase in cut-through traffic and that will be used by some as an alternative. |
