You seem to know exactly what would be needed. Can you give a description of what IT systems Hounslow have in this area, what LBHF have as well, and what the similarities and differences are? It always amazes me that people pronounce something is 'simple' on the basis of zero knowledge. Only about 500 vehicles use Weltje and Rivercourt during peak hour. That's far too many for narrow residential street but is less than 1% of the daily traffic on the A4 at that location. Traffic will vary by more than that day to day anyway. You aren't going to get some area wide traffic modelling for these roads. |
