| Francis, it’s only you who are hypothesising. We already know that collision injuries are clustered on unsignalled side roads, and the ones with the largest traffic have the most collisions, and that’s when C9 was open and taking into account cycle counts. No further research is required to demonstrate that you have ignored those established relationships that show that closing these roads will reduce the number of injury collisions. |
