| To do some completely not thought through amateur traffic engineering, if through traffic along Prebend Gdns becomes an issue, a solution would be to stick a bollard in the road under the tube line bridge and remove the restrictions on the Chiswick High Rd side of Prebend Gardens (no entry from CHR and left turn only to CHR). Prebend Gdns would then be like all the other streets between Turnham Green Terrace and Goldhawk Rd in that there wouldn't be vehicle access under the tube line, but there would still be the benefit of walking and cycling access under the tube line. |
