| Tom, can you share the source of the data and date that you have and quote as 'latest figures' for vehicle traffic, that would be very helpful. You are still being somewhat disingenuous. We know that junctions and key routes have seen material reductions in capacity, so in some cases you would expect 'traffic' to be down. Not sure who is dismissing cycle numbers as irrelevant. There is a point in how statistics are presented, in that an event that goes from one to two is a 100% increase.... |
