| A reminder that Chiswick drivers are going to find themselves excluded from many more rat runs as LBHF rolls out its CAN scheme to every Ward in the next two years. The Council has already made its mind up on the philosophical dichotomy between freedom for residents and freedom for out-of-Borough drivers. |
