| 'It remains to be seen if a Conservative Government would have formulated or believed the false intelligence about Weapons of Mass Destruction that the Blair- Brown Government used to justify Britain's involvement in the War.' Bit late for that isn't. Many people made a different decision on the basis of the same information. The Conservative Party didn't and its leader at the time was even more gung-ho than the government. Anyway, I thought the latest 'Blue Labour' spin is that David Cameron are the true inheritors of what some call 'Bliarism'. Just heard George Osborne is on message today trying to score a few opportunistic points against Gordon Brown by praising Blair's successes. |
