If cyclists are *stupid* enough to think they can ride around at night on a bicycle without any lights, what makes you think they won't be doing similarly *stupid* things, while riding around on the 422km of roads in Hounslow not yet by cycle superhighways ? michael adams *Anyone who imagines such cycling *stupidity* is confined to unintelligent people should try walking around Oxford or Cambridge City centres.
