| My FIL remembers as a child being stopped by the police for not having lights on his cycle. Just as cars are stopped (or should be) for no lights cycles should be. More effort on reflective non forgettable cycling kit too. Motoring organisations lobby too for the interests of some of their members as do charities and not everybody agrees with all of them either. Who before this had heard of NFBUK which seems to be bigger in the US? |
