| Am I going to reply? Ah, why not? Even if it's a little tongue in cheek :-) Since Covid a lot of councils have got rid of paper parking permits. So a lot of cars could have been local. Of course, if you had walked round all the CPZ's that border the zone that TGT is in and find that all of them require paper permits for vehicles to park during controlled hours that's different. I wonder if I could formulate a different hypothesis on the basis of your reported observations. I do like a good wheeze too! |
