| It’s a good idea Tom. Bollards should be back in vogue with the reactionary government making vague threats about denying LAs the ability to use a national database to enforce camera restrictions. I’ve always preferred the undeniable egality and brutal effectiveness of a bollard anyway. But the traders need to agree with it now. And a bit of stomping around from the usual suspects will soon quieten down the traders who support car restrictions for the street. Unless they can find the gumption to unite to promote the benefits that were so clearly evidenced during the brief glory period for the street. |
