| "PoW Terrace operates successfully as a single-track road because anyone coming out of Capital Motors could look and see any approaching traffic, but people cannot see round blind corners." The visibility for traffic exiting PoW Terrace is unchanged. They'll look left for oncoming traffic, as they do now. Two vehicles can get past each other currently, and there's also scope for slightly widening the road outside Big Jim's for passing. Of course traffic levels will be minimal, just vehicles accessing PoW Terrace and the eight parking and loading spaces. There is not going to be a steady flow of two-way traffic. |
