| "Jeremy", In 2016 Hounslow did a survey of 62 CHR businesses and 333 visitors on Chiswick High Rd. The businesses believed 57% of visitors had come from within 2 miles. The actual figure was 71%. The businesses believed 20% of visitors had come by car. The actual figure was 8%. So Hounslow already know that CHR businesses didn't have a very accurate view of how their customers travelled to the area. Unless the business had systematically surveyed their customers about how they travelled, why would they know? They are just guessing otherwise. They could be just listening to customers who had driven and complained about traffic but ignoring all the others who didn't drive and didn't complain. |
