| So Paul who should decide? Who exactly is desperate for change? I dont particularly want single issue lobby groups to make these decisions any more than you seem to want traders. Maybe I am alone in this but never saw a problem with Devonshire Road before and not sure what the problem is now. The amount of parking is reduced and there are evening restrictions. I happily visited hospitality on the road before restrictions and still do now. How have they been betrayed? Trying to engineer some new arrangement in terms of road layout and nature of shops would need broad community support, including input from both traders, residents and broader community. Do you agree? |
