| That would be a reasonable analogy if even one of the traders had vocally supported restrictions on the street. Not one of them did because they wanted to keep the peace with the handful of pushy and vocal traders who wanted the street open to cars and had the full support of Councillor Biddolph. It is far too late for any of them to now claim they’d have preferred a different outcome. They missed their opportunity. |
