It is totally disengenuos to compare 2019 with 2021 and assert that the levels reduced due to LTN's. They didn't - they reduced because of the pandemic and they are STILL reduced because of the pandemic and many people continue to work from home. The 2021 figures would have been further reduced on arterial roads if LTNs weren't in place and pollution on arterial roads would have reduced further but that isn't what you want is it? You seek only to reduce pollution for a selected few who live in LTNs. |
