| I do get LTN’s what I don’t get is why the local residents can’t also use the local LTNs? If we take Chiswick as an example we have grove park/SOTG with empty roads and the rest of Chiswick residents have to use heavily congested local roads which makes no sense. The technology is there already so why can’t local people living in Chiswick postcodes be allowed to use their local empty roads? Local traffic is not going to cause any air pollution issues in the LTN’s the word I want to use is balance. In London areas which are highly populated local residents have little option other than to use heavily congested roads to move around their local area because of LTN’s and this makes no sense to me on any level.
