The reason we see cars blocking the road by parking on double yellows is because people are too bone idle about reporting the irresponsible morons who commit the offences. It’s the same with flytipping where I’ve found that people just expect ‘someone else’ to report it. The double yellow issue is simple to report because it’s just a quick phone call rather than an online reporting procedure. |
